The Nest Rates to December 31, 2024
All prices are per couple per night. (Rates include all provisions for a generous Cooked and Continental Breakfast each morning.)
Monday to Thursday Nights:
1 Night: $400 Per couple for a single night stay
2 Nights+ : $360 Per couple per night for a 2 night + stay (Total $720 for a 2 night stay)
Friday to Sunday Nights:
Fri OR Sun (1 Night): $480 Per couple for a single night stay
2 Nights+ : $440 Per couple per night for a 2 night + stay (Total $880 for a 2 night stay)
Single Saturday nights are charged at the 2 night rate of $880
Maximum Guests: 2 Adults (There is no capacity for extra Guests in this retreat)

Booking conditions apply through Easter, Christmas & Long Weekends:
Weekends
A 2-night minimum stay is booked when a Saturday night is taken. Whether it be a Fri/Sat or a Sat/Sun night combination.
We can enable single Saturday nights to be booked, however, a 2-night minimum tariff is charged when a single Saturday night is booked.
(We may release a single Saturday night on the preceding Thursday, if one is still available.)
Easter:
4-night minimum at the 2 adult, weekend rate.
Christmas:
2-night minimum through Christmas to New Year (no check-in or out on December 25th)
Long weekends:
3-night minimum stays
Cancellations notified MORE than 30 days prior to arrival day will be entitled to change the date of the booking, or to a full refund. Refunds are to be strictly credited to the original credit card or bank account used for the deposit.
CANCELLATIONS NOTIFIED 30 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:
1: Your booking will be removed from the online booking system immediately when your cancellation is received, with the view of trying to re-book your dates to another group. (It is not automatically cancelled at this point)
2: The nights we are able to re-book, will be available to be refunded to you, or towards a Gift Voucher to make a new reservation within 12 months of your original booking.
3: If we are able to re-book all the existing nights you had booked, then we will be able to refund or re-book your entire stay. If we can only partially re-book your original nights booked, we can then refund the amount we received for those booked nights or arrange a Gift Voucher for another stay to that amount, within 12 months.
Unfortunately, if we are not able to re-book any of your booked nights to another group, then all monies paid will be forfeited. Please be assured we will do all we can to re-book those nights for you though!
COVID RELATED CANCELLATION POLICY:
As Covid restrictions are decreasing across the nation, we are putting everything under the same banner as our normal cancellation policy now.
Please refer to the cancellation procedure above as to the process we’ll take to manage your Covid related cancellation.
You are welcome to cancel this booking within 4 hours of making it, if you do not wish to take this risk, but once your booking sits within the 30-day window prior to arrival, we can’t offer an instant refund if there is a Covid occurrence that prevents you from being able to check-in on your booked dates.
As mentioned, we of course will try and successfully re-book your existing dates. We place a cancellation vacancy on our socials, of which we have some 6 thousand followers on FB and Instagram. We do normally have a high success rate in re-booking last minute, but we just can’t guarantee it, I’m sorry!

Perfect for Honeymoons – Adelaide Hills Accommodation at its very best.
AHR is the perfect spot for a quiet relaxing and romantic break however is not a good spot for a party or gathering of people. Without prior permission from reception, no more than two additional adults in one motor vehicle may be invited onto the property at any one time. Reception have the right to ensure that any others leave the property immediately.
All our cottages are a non-smoking environment. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors. If we determine evidence of smoking in the cottage, we reserve the right to apply a minimum cleaning fee of $200 which will be charged to the guest’s account.
We regret to advise that Adelaide Hills Retreats are not a suitable place to bring your family pets. We highly recommend the following local businesses who can provide your pets with an enjoyable “Adelaide Hills” holiday of their very own!
